VPM is Moving Things Online!

We've been working on ways to make your living experience easier than ever before and we have rolled out our newest online tool to help all of our residents save time traveling to the office to pay rent or drop off a lease. The new online system has been installed and active since September 1st of this year and some of you have already been taking advantage of it. This is an announcement to our current and future community to sign up for online payments through the easy-to-use online system by emailing your first and last name to vpmbaltimore@gmail.com. We will send you a link to set up your secure payment account.

Please reach out to us directly with any questions about this transition to making online payments. We are encouraging all of our tenants to use this system before visiting, calling or emailing the office if possible to ease the process of monthly rental payment, maintenance requests and lease renewals.
